 Garlic, chopped
 Sherry
 Cayenne pepper

 Chicken stock
 Heavy cream
 Sea salt

Sautée the shrimp

Heat chicken stock

Preheat skillet

Add olive oil, chopped onion and chopped garlic to preheated skillet, stir until they start to caramelize

Deglaze pan with sherry, let simmer

Add paprika, cayenne pepper and breadcrumbs. Stir until oil is absorbed

Ladle chicken stock into soup, let simmer

Add heavy cream and sea salt

9

Pour soup into blender, purée

Pour soup into bowl, pile sautéed shrimp into center

Garnish with chopped parsley
