 Phyllo dough
 1 stick Melted butter
 Authentic Greek feta cheese
 Salt
 Pepper
 2 Eggs
 Mint leaves
 Curry powder

Defrost phyllo dough for half a day.

Cut dough sheets into three strips, butter immediately.

Mix feta cheese, eggs, salt, pepper and mint in bowl.

Dollop filling onto dough strips and fold into triangles.

Place triangles onto baking sheet and coat in melted butter.

Sprinkle curry powder on top.

Bake at 350 degrees until golden.
