She had humble beginnings in Claremore, but Clara Ann Fowler became the best-selling recording artist of the 1950s as “The Singing Rage, Miss Patti Page.” Watch her story, based on personal interviews with Page through the years and told through 28 hits, in the stage production Flipside: The Patti Page Story. Show is at 7 p.m. Sunday, March 16, at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center, 110 E. Second St., Tulsa. Featuring her great hits “Tennessee Waltz,” “Mocking Bird Hill” and others, the story follows Page, who would died in January 2013 and was honored later that year with a Grammy Award for Lifetime Achievement.
