Choctaw Nation Labor Day Festival & Powwow – Sept. 1-5 – Durant

From choctawnation.com: The Choctaw Nation Labor Day Festival invites all visitors to enjoy tribal heritage activities, an intertribal powwow, Choctaw cultural exhibitions, stickball games, arts and crafts, free concerts and carnival rides. This annual Tuskahoma event offers activities for all ages including sports tournaments, quilting demonstrations, live performances, buffalo tours and more.

Labor Day Party – Thru Sept. 3 – Carlton Landing, Oklahoma

Will Rogers Downs Swing Festival – Sept. 1 – 4 – Cherokee Casino, Claremore

West Fest OK – Sept. 3 – Western Avenue in OKC 

From westfestok.com: West Fest OK is a day full of live music from local artists, food trucks and more hosted by the Western Avenue Association. The street will be blocked off on Western Ave between NW 41st and NW 43rd streets in Oklahoma City for this huge block party where everyone is invited. Spend the day strolling around the beautiful streetscape, hanging out in the beer garden and hearing some great OKC bands.

There will be acts performing throughout the day, and some of the city’s most popular food trucks will be around so you can pick up a tasty snack or meal.

Labor Day Celebration – Sept. 5 – Henryetta, Oklahoma

From henryetta.org: The Henryetta Labor Day Celebration is one of the largest Labor Day events in Oklahoma. Make your way to the town of Henryetta for a parade, games for all ages, concerts, a carnival, rodeo and an impressive fireworks display at dusk. Visitors to this Labor Day Celebration will also enjoy a car, bike and tractor show. The highlight of this festival is the parade, featuring a wide variety of floats, marching bands, horses, Shriners and more. Festivities and an assortment of family-friendly activities will take place throughout the city, so head to the Labor Day Celebration this holiday and celebrate.
