The Vanguard will turn into an arts showcase on Thursday, Aug. 13 when an exhibition titled PARAMOUNT, presented by RAW Artists, an international community made up of creative individuals from all genres, brings together local artists, all excited about exposing their craft. For those ages 18 and older, dress in your best cocktail attire and explore the display of creativity by musicians, fine artists, photographers and fashion designers. A full bar will be pouring drinks for purchase to those ages 21 and older. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door, and the experience begins at 8 p.m.
