1. Great Raft Race (Tulsa)
From tulsaraftrace.com: The race ran from 1973 – 1991, and at its peak there were 600 rafts, 4500 racers and 150,000 spectators that lined the banks of the Arkansas River from Sand Springs to Tulsa. At one point it broke the state record for the largest single day event in state history! Visit the shores of the Arkansas River on Monday to take part in the festivities.
2. Labor Day Celebration (Henryetta)

3. Watermelon Festival (Ringwood)

The fair kicks off the Monday prior to Labor Day and concludes with a parade and activities on Saturday. Head to Ringwood to enjoy a bingo and volleyball tournament, baby and tiny tot show, pageants and the crowning of Miss Cinderella, Miss Watermelon and Miss Ringwood. There will also be a livestock show, homemade ice cream contest, watermelon in the park, children and turtle races and more.
4. Choctaw Nation Labor Festival & Powwow (Tuskahoma)

5. Labor Day Replay (Yukon)

If you were at Freedom Fest the night of July 3, then you remember how the weather forced the festival to end early, and without fireworks. The City of Yukon is using the reshoot for a Labor Day celebration! A variety of food trucks will be on site selling delicious dishes. Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy a nice evening of music, food and fireworks with your friends and family.
