The lights are still on outside the BOK Center for Arvest Winterfest, which has been extended to Jan. 18. That means that everyone from aspiring ice dancers to couples and families can still enjoy an outdoor skate against the Tulsa skyline day or night. Winterfest will be open from noon-10 p.m. on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Beginning Saturday, Jan. 3, hours will be 5-10 p.m. Mondays-Thursdays, 5-11 p.m. Fridays, noon to 11 p.m. Saturdays and noon to 10 p.m. Sundays.
