From choregus.org: Tulsa again becomes the regional focus of contemporary dance the summer of 2018 with the third annual Summer Heat International Dance Festival. Doug Varone and Dancers open the Festival on July 28 followed by a gala opening reception.  Beijing Dance Theater performs the spectacular work Haze on Sunday afternoon, July 29.  Parson Dance will present a “relaxed performance” for children on the autism spectrum and their families on Monday, July 30 and an evening performance on July 31.  Parsons will also conduct a summer intensive for advanced dancers and movement workshops for children with autism.  This year, Choregus will collaborate with the Exchange Choreography Festival running concurrently with Summer Heat to provide even more dance experiences for everyone.
