Jan. 27-28 – Elk City Convention Center
The Kiwanis Karnival offers children and adults alike the chance to relax in a carnival-themed atmosphere. Booths will line the convention center, and visitors can try their hands at skeeball, basketball, ring toss and other fun activities. Food vendors will also be on site.
