Some of the coolest, most original short, animated films will be screened at the Guthrie Green for the Living Arts Animation Festival, starting at 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 26. The collection to be shown at 111 E. Brady St., includes works submitted by local filmmakers as well as entries from around the world. The animation is also diverse, featuring works in stop-motion, 3-D, Claymation and other forms of animation. The event is free and open to the public with works appealing to all ages.
