The arrival of the holiday season is in full swing with tonight’s performance of Moscow Ballet’s Great Russian Nutcracker. The holiday tradition tells the story of the girl who falls in love with her Nutcracker Prince, with a flair of Russian culture. Award-winning principal dancers Ekaterina Bortiakova and Akzhol Musskhanov help narrate the story, delivering a flawless performance. The magnificent performance will feature exclusive scenes, such as the “Dove of Peace” portrayed by two dancers, each clad with a wing spanning 20 feet in length. The alluring costumes will accompany the phenomenal choreography, with celebrity costume designer Arthur Oliver. See the timeless tale at the Oklahoma City Civic Center.
