There’s no need to be vegan to appreciate Plato’s Provisions, a curated, Saturday-Sunday, plant-based mobile kitchen. A diner favorite is the Cubano special with vegan sliced ham, smoked Gouda, mayo, mustard and pickles on Cuban bread, served toasted and with a side of fries, hash browns or potato salad. Try the French Dip Special with sliced vegan beef made in house in small batches, covered in smoked Gouda on a toasted baguette. Currently parked at 5000 N. May Ave. in Oklahoma City, Plato’s is helmed by a husband-wife duo who have a brick and mortar phase planned soon. platosprovisions.square.site
