Some of our seniors need a bit more help with day-to-day activities, so they may opt to live in an assisted living facility. Montereau is voted top assisted living center in Tulsa, followed by Inverness Village. Emeritus of Tulsa and St. John Villas round out this year’s top three.

In Oklahoma City, Bank of Oklahoma also receives the most votes, followed by mainstays First Fidelity Bank and MidFirst Bank.

Whether it’s a business lunch, intimate dinner party or a wedding reception for 500, there are lots of occasions to call in someone to handle the catering. Tulsa’s Just Catering By Orr is voted top caterer, followed by Catering Kitchen and Eats2U.
In Oklahoma City, Chef Christine Dowd of Aunt Pittypat’s Catering continues to wow her fans with great cuisine for a crowd. Deep Fork Catering and Cheveer’s Catering & Events round out this city’s top three.

Dr. Chuck Zoellner of Zoellner Chiropractic is Tulsa’s big winner in The Best of the Best, as our readers voted him top chiropractor in the city. Dr. Eric Schluter of Schluter Chiropractic split votes for second place; Dr. Tim Cole of Integrated Physical Health comes in a strong third.
In the Oklahoma City area, Dr. Kyle Griffith of Griffith Chiropractic & Nutrition takes the cake for his holistic approach to health. Dr. Brett Odum of Odum Chiropractic Clinic and Gary Carpenter of Carpenter Chiropractic Clinic take second and third, respectively.

No job is too big or small for these cleaning services. Merry Maids comes in first in the Tulsa area, followed by locally owned Clean Freaks of Tulsa and Mommy Maids.

This new category produced lots of opinions. However, it was Dr. David Adelson of OU Dermatology that earned the most votes. Dr. Jeff Alexander and Dr. Bernard Robinowitz split the second spot, followed by Dr. David Minor and the physicians practicing at Tulsa Dermatology Clinic.
Dr. Raymond L. Cornelison of Dermatology Associates claims the top spot in Oklahoma City, followed by Dr. Michael John of Edmond Dermatology Clinic. Dr. Julie Lowe of Plastic Surgery & Dermatology Associates rounds out Oklahoma City’s top three.
Dry Cleaners/Laundry
Where are the best places to go for that crisp crease in your trousers? In Tulsa, Yale Cleaners claims the top spot for its stellar service, followed by Fox Cleaners and LaMode Cleaners in second and third, respectively.
Oklahoma City’s BEST Cleaners takes first in that city, followed by Parkway Cleaners in second and Fashion Cleaners in third.
Event or Party Planner
There are some event planners that can elevate an event to the next level. In Tulsa, one such planner is Phil Long, who is once again is named top event planner in Tulsa. Talmadge Powell comes in second, followed by Lynn Wheatley of Lasting Impressions and Ashley Farthing of Farthing Events.

In Oklahoma City, New Leaf Florist won the most votes, followed by Floral & Hardy and Tony Foss Flowers in second and third, respectively.
Funeral Service
It’s a service that may not often be a topic of conversation, but it is important to know to whom to turn after the death of a loved one. Moore Funeral Homes is Tulsa’s pick for funeral service providers, followed by Ninde Funeral Directors and Floral Haven.
In Oklahoma City, Mercer-Adams Funeral Service wins the category, followed by Hahn-Cook and Vondel L. Smith & Sons Mortuary.
Hair Salon
Long or short, curly or straight, we all need someone to tend to our locks. ARCS in Tulsa is voted Best Hair Salon by our readers. ARCS is followed by Ihloff Salon & Day Spa and Michael Brothers Hair. Bella Vita Spa & Salon, iidentity Salon and Cypress Avenue Salon fall into third.
Oklahoma City’s Salon W earns this year’s top spot, followed by Cottonwood Salon Spa and funky favorite Velvet Monkey Salon.
Health Club/Gym
Our readers like to stay fit, so they head to Saint Francis Health Zone for cardio equipment and great classes. St. John Siegfried Health Club is also a favorite, as is Sky Fitness, with multiple locations in the metro area.

In Oklahoma City, INTEGRIS Hospital takes the top spot for Best Hospital, followed by OU Medicine in second place. Mercy Health System and St. Anthony’s Hospital share the third spot this year.

Dr. Marc Goldberg of Eye Institute is named Best Ophthalmologist in Tulsa, followed by Dr. Mark Abel of Triad Eye Medical Clinic. Dr. Dan Langley of Eyecare Associates South Tulsa and Dr. Ned Reinstein of Reinstein Eye Associates round out the top three.
