Whether or not you are a do-it-yourself kind of person, we can all appreciate someone who is, and participants in the Tulsa Mini Maker Faire are putting their DIY creations on display at Expo Square’s Central Park Hall on Saturday, Aug. 29. From mechanics, nature and knitting to dolls, beauty products, art, fashion and so much more, these interesting makers are anxious to share their works. Presented by Hardesty Center for Fab Lab Tulsa, the event showcases the works of makers of all ages. This year’s faire includes Tulsa Handspinners, Tulsa Garden Railroad Club, The Workshop at Made Indie Emporium, 3D Printing and Investment Casting Metal by Drew Smith, Center for Creativity, Tube Sound by John Francis, Tulsa Dolling Dames, Drones by Urban RC and many, many more.
