For musical experiences outside the realm of a normal concert, Signature Symphony brings Power of Diversity on March 16 to Tulsa Community College’s VanTrease PACE, with Ruben Rengel, a 22-year-old Venezuelan native and the winner of the 2018 Sphinx Competition.
