“Oddly enough,” says co-owner Joey Morris, “(grilled cheese sandwiches) remain a food that has endless possibilities.” Gourmet touches, like the gruyere, prosciutto, figs and balsamic reduction found in the H.A.M. certainly make an impression. But Morris says it’s the Macaroni Pony that is the best seller: chipotle barbecue pulled pork, three-cheese macaroni and pickles sandwiched between jalapeno cornbread.
