Friday, June 12

Gentleman, be on high alert. The music industry’s most controversial heartthrob arrives in concert to serenade Oklahoma City. In the past, Brown has experienced public controversy and scrutiny. This year was no different. The singer went through a social media-induced break up with his girlfriend after rumors broke of a secret baby, and although the R&B sensation always finds himself in career-threatening pools, he’s seemingly able to produce a hit single and album that wins fans and critics over. Browns sixth studio album, X, is a great example of that. The 17-track album peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. Today, the singer brings his album success along with his R&B counterparts, Sevyn Streeter and Omarion, to Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City.
