Sweeton is a clinical psychologist and organizational consultant who helps clients in a variety of situations. As founder of Mind Works Consulting Services, Sweeton collaborates with organizations to develop emotionally intelligent employees, strong leaders and effective workplace wellness initiatives. Her clients have included Fortune 500 companies, hospital administrators, human resource managers, law students, mental health clinicians and wellness centers. As a staff psychologist at the VA, Sweeton is dedicated to helping patients manage stress, reduce anxiety, recover from trauma and maintain healthy relationships.
