April Sailsbury, 38

Senior Vice President, BA Chamber of Commerce, Broken Arrow
As vice president of the Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce, Sailsbury says it’s an honest love for the city she lives in with her husband and two children that makes her job so much fun. “It is about having the ability to shape the future of our community, Sailsbury says. “My biggest pride in life is my family, and I love that I am part of giving them an amazing city to grow up in.” This cheerleader for Broken Arrow says that it’s all about supporting local businesses. “I try to do all of my shopping and dining locally and take advantage of things going on in Broken Arrow, from the shows at the BA Performing Arts Center to hometown sporting events and attending the farmers’ market and local festivals,” says Sailsbury.
