She may be too young to have a claim to fame, as she says, but Jordan has certainly accomplished a lot at a young age. In 2010, along with her brother, she co-founded TKO Energy Services. But it’s not her first career in the oil and gas industry. While in school, she worked for Anchor Drilling Fluids USA; after graduating with a degree in economics from the University of Texas at Austin, she worked for Viking Drilling. A humble woman, Jordan says that a piece of advice that proves true time and again echoes The Golden Rule. “I’ve learned that if you exercise discipline, treat people fairly, work hard and always do the right thing, success will follow,” she says.
