The Otoe-Missouria Summer Encampment celebrates its 133rd year this weekend, giving visitors the chance to see tradition in action. The annual event includes powwow dancing at the Otoe-Missouria tribal encampment grounds in Red Rock. Activities start Thursday, July 17, and run through Sunday, July 20.
