TCC’s Children’s Summer Theater Camp retells the classic Disney story Aladdin. The original Walt Disney film was released November 1992 and was one of the most popular films of the year, earning more than $200 million in revenue. The TCC adaptation tells the same story about an impoverished thief who frees a genie from a lamp, finding that his wishes can be granted. But he soon uncovers the evil that has plans for the charismatic genie and meets his love interest, Princess Jasmine. General admission is $10. Shows begin at 7 p.m., with a 2 p.m. matinee on Aug. 1 and 2. For more information, visit www.tulsacc.edu.
