Saturday, August 15 and Sunday, August 16

Veterans Park in downtown Tulsa is the new location for the 2015 I AM Yoga, Art + Music Festival, two days of live music, food, yoga, art and more, and one of the ways the Tulsa-based organization I AM unites the yoga, art and music community, while raising awareness of the light within each human being. Starting at 10 a.m. on Saturday and ending at 5 p.m. on Sunday, live performances in music and art will be on the main stage throughout the day. Enjoy music by Sharla Ember, Steve Liddel, Sam + The Stylees and more, as well as community classes in hula hooping, belly dancing and headstands. Wrapping up the festival, a yoga performance, I AM Soulful Yoga with Ayngel McNall + Branjae Music, will invite festivalgoers to join in at 4 p.m. on Sunday. While the festival is free, attendees must have an I AM Festival Pass to attend any of its yoga session. Passes range from $25 to $115. Kid’s Zone passes are $12 and $18.
