The feud between the Montagues and the Capulets arrives at a Tulsa stage, and with it, the fated love story between a Montague son Romeo and a Capulet daughter Juliet. Presented by the Tulsa Opera, Shakespeare’s romantic and tragic story of star-crossed lovers will fill the Tulsa Performing Arts Center in French with translations projected above the stage. See all the famous scenes from, “But, soft! What light through yonder window breaks,” to, “A plague o’ both your houses! They have made worms’ meat of me,” and the ill-fated, “Thus with a kiss I die.” See Tulsa’s favorite soprano, Metropolitan Opera star Sarah Coburn, as Juliet and tenor Daniel Montenegro as Romeo. Don’t miss this performance of one of the best love stories ever written. For more information, visit www.tulsapac.com or www.tulsaopera.com.
