From tulsapac.com – Adapted from the Oscar-winning DreamWorks Animation film, “Shrek: The Musical” is a Tony Award-winning fairy tale adventure featuring all-new songs by Jeanine Tesori. “Shrek” brings all the beloved characters you know from the film to life on stage in a warm and funny story about love and acceptance.
Lloyd Holt will star as the lovable ogre and also direct this SummerStage production. Jordan Alexander takes on the role of Shrek’s pal Donkey. Tulsa Symphony will perform the magical score.
