Begins Friday, Aug. 1

Teens have their day in the show arena at the AQHYA World Championship Show 2014, starting Friday, Aug. 1, at Oklahoma State Fair Park, 3001 General Pershing Blvd., Oklahoma City. The American Quarter Horse Youth Association event brings out the best riders, 18 and under, from around the world for a week of competition in halter, English and western riding disciplines with 35 world championships up for grabs. With more then 2,500 entries from the U.S., Australia, Brazil, New Zealand and more anticipated, there’s sure to be a lot of boot traffic happening through Aug. 9.
