The sounds of baseball action and fans's cheers have filled the downtown ballparks all summer. Now, hometown pro baseball is in its ninth inning as the Oklahoma City RedHawks heads into the last home field play of the season. The RedHawks continue against the Nashville Sounds through Thursday, Aug. 29, before squaring-off with the Memphis Redbirds Friday, Aug. 30-Monday, Sept. 2. Tickets are $7-$17 at the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark box office, 2 S. Mickey Mantle Drive, Oklahoma City. The Tulsa Drillers will finish the season in Springfield, but the team looks primed for the finals of its league division, which begins Wednesday, Sept. 4, at ONEOK Field, 201 N. Elgin Ave., Tulsa.
