Winter sports are in full effect this month.
Enjoy various matches with the Tulsa Oilers this month at the BOK Center, as well as the Crimson and Cardinal Classic on Dec. 10. During the event, the University of Oklahoma and University of Arkansas men’s basketball teams go head-to-head.
Speaking of basketball – the month is jam-packed. The OU Men’s team plays at home (the Lloyd Noble Center) on Dec. 6, 17 and 31; and the women play at home Dec. 4, 11 and 18. Fear not, Cowboys fans – there’s plenty of b-ball this month for you, too. The men’s team plays at home (the Gallagher-Iba Arena) on Dec. 6 and 20; and women play at home Dec. 3, 6, 18, 20 and 31. You can also catch the OKC Thunder at various games throughout the month at the Paycom Center, as well as their NBA G League counterparts, the OKC Blue.
For equine and bull riding fans, the NRHA Futurity runs through Dec. 3 at the OKC Fairgrounds, or you can hitch a ride to the Claremore Expo Center on New Year’s Eve to enjoy the DangerZone Bull Riding World Finals.
