Sand Springs’s Herbal Affair & Festival, April 20, gets bigger every year (www.herbalaffairandfestival.com), while the Jenks Herb & Plant Festival, April 27, continues to attract busy bees with all sorts of merchandise (www.jenksgardenclub.com).
