The company aims to reveal the connective power of dance, celebrating a beautiful diversity on stage in work that often navigates complex themes of social change. The 10-member professional company is acclaimed for its versatile artists, performing work that draws together modern dance, classical ballet, and African-based and urban vernacular movements. In 2005, Uri Sands was a recipient of the inaugural Princess Grace Award in choreography.
