As September winds down without necessarily cooling down, a summer jam festival may be the perfect way to beat the heat for a night. The Turn Down the Heat Tour, featuring Fantasia and special guests Jagged Edge and K-ci and JoJo, will be at 7 p.m. Saturday at the OKC Civic Center Music Hall, 201 N. Walker Ave., OKC.
