A true showstopper, this Disney-inspired home, recently featured on the Tulsa Parade of Homes tour, is more than a residence, it’s an experience. Spanning more than 11,000 square feet, the custom build blends high-end luxury with immersive, storybook design where nearly every space has its own personality.
“The owner told me from the start of the project that because she is a multifaceted person, she wanted to build a home that reflects all those layers of her personality,” says Tulsa homebuilder Brian D. Wiggs, owner of Brian D. Wiggs Homes.

The homeowners are a couple with grown children, so the home was also built with the idea that it would be a place that grandchildren would love to come and stay. That vision was undoubtedly brought to fruition.
“We ask every new client to describe in a few words what they envision for their home,” Wiggs says, “and their words were: family, fun and enjoyment. They wanted to create a special place where people, whether family or church friends, can come to stay and to relax and to enjoy.”
Designed both for everyday life and entertainment, the multi-story residence features expansive living spaces, a resort-style outdoor area with a pool and high-end custom finishes throughout. But what sets it apart are the imaginative, story-driven elements woven into the design – imagine elements of Harry Potter, Little Mermaid and Sleeping Beauty – and detailed, cinematic spaces, that create a dreamy escape, while still maintaining the function of a modern luxury residence.

The resort-style outdoor space includes a luxury pool designed for relaxation and family fun.

Expansive living areas provide both everyday comfort and the perfect setting for hosting family and friends.

Blending architecture with storytelling, the goal isn’t just to live comfortably, but to create a sense of wonder within the walls. One of its most unique features, Wiggs says, is the ballroom.
“This room is made to dance,” he says. “They love to dance, so we created a space where you can have special moments with your friends and family.”
The primary bedroom closet features a big island with a glass enclosure to display the homeowner’s wedding gown and shoes.
“They were married just a couple of years ago and blended their families,” Wiggs says. “Their wedding was themed as well; they danced to Beauty and the Beast, and she wanted to always remember that special night.”
Entertainment is a major focus throughout the home. A dedicated home theater and arcade create a built-in recreation zone, while collector-style display spaces showcase memorabilia in a way that feels more like a curated exhibit than a typical bonus room.
Outside, the property continues the resort-like experience with a large, luxury pool area designed for both relaxation and hosting, reinforcing the home’s overall goal: to merge everyday living with a sense of escape and wonder.
The result is a house that doesn’t just prioritize square footage or finishes, but makes room for dreaming and living.
Wiggs credits his team’s collaborative relationship with the client for the storybook ending.
“When we match up with the right people and the chemistry is right,” Wiggs says, “that’s when we can create extraordinary homes.”
