Sunday, Oct. 18 –
If you are a fan of colorful Pop art, then this exhibit will interest you. On Sunday, Philbrook Museum presents In Living Color, an exhibit packed with colorful works by Pop artist Andy Warhol and contemporary printmaking from collections of Jordan D. Schnitzer and his Family Foundation. The exhibit features Warhol’s most iconic works and includes portraits of Marilyn Monroe and other celebrities, the eclectic chair, camouflage patterning, flowers, sunsets and more. Warhol once said, “I like boring things,” and In Living Color explores how Warhol brought “boring things” to life. For more information, please visit www.philbrook.org.
